Another update...

Sorry for the lack of updates! I guess I'm having what some people call "blogger's block"? If I've gotten the name wrong, let me know ;-)

So, I was sick recently, and of course, popsicles always help. You know how popsicle sticks always have jokes on them? Well, I collected almost every popsicle stick we had, and I decided I'd let you see the *coughcough*dumb*coughcough* jokes...

What is the most musical bone? - A trombone.

Why did the computer go to the restaurant? - It wanted a byte to eat.

Why did the book join the police? - So he could work undercover.

What is the most important thing you need when you go skate boarding? - Your skateboard.

When is a fin not a fin? - When it's a dol-phin.

Why did the computer squeak? - Somebody stepped on the mouse.

What has spots and rides on a fire truck? - A fireman with the measles.

If a gown is evening wear, what is a suit of armor? - Silverware.

Who granted the monster's wish? - His scary godmother.

Haha. Some of those are just unbelievable! I think my favorites are the one about the skateboard and the one about the monster, even though they're not really funny ;-)

So, on Wednesday, I got to spend the day with Ashleigh and my nieces, and that was great! I took Juliet in the backyard and filled up the little pool for her. I sat on the ground next to the pool to watch her. She was so fun...a couple times, she splashed a bunch of water in the air, said, "It's raining!", and then I got soaked. She splashed me a lot of other times (playfully, of course), but it was really hot outside, so it was worth it. Phoebe was also sweet...she seems to get sweeter every time I see her, actually! As far as I can tell, she knows her name now, so that's fun. She's really fun just to spend time with...I guess I'm just in love with this baby :-)
